Tom is a 1996 graduate of Saint Louis University, St. Louis, Mo. In 2004 he became a Board Certified Clinical Specialist in Sports Physical Therapy, one of only 3 in the DFW metroplex. He also is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and has focused his career on the rehabilitation of athletes of all levels and sports, including professionals, and an Olympic gold medalist. Tom currently serves as adjunct faculty of orthopedics at UT Southwestern Department of Physical Therapy. His experience also includes serving as the DFW Mentor for Physical Therapists in the Management of the Knee and Shoulder, and lecturing on various orthopedic and sports related topics. In 2000, he was the recipient of the prestigious Special Achievement Award for Clinical Excellence and in 2008, he received the Dorn Long Outstanding Clinical Educator Award. |
