The Institute for Sports & Spine Rehab was a collaboration between 2 of the top physical therapists in the DFW metroplex area and a leading office manager for the nation’s largest outpatient and sports medicine provider. They knew there was a better way to provide the highest quality physical therapy complemented with patient hospitality while being focused on positive outcomes and patient satisfaction. In 2003, Tom Domino, Dave Zeigler, and Kris Stevens started the Institute and almost 2 decades later, continue to be one of the oldest and best private practice physical therapy centers in the area.

Tom is a 1996 graduate of Saint Louis University. In 2004 he became a Board Certified Clinical Specialist in Sports Physical Therapy. He also is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and has focused his career on the rehabilitation of athletes of all levels and sports, including professionals, and multiple Olympic gold medalists. Dave is a 1983 graduate of the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy. In 1989 He received his Master of Science degree in Kinesiology. He completed a full-time residency program in Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy in 1998 and became a fellow in the Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists in 1999.
Kendra is a 2000 graduate of Baylor University with a Bachelor of Science in Health Science Studies. She was the Team Captain on the Baylor Track and Field Team, where she was the first woman pole vaulter. She received a Master of Physical Therapy degree in 2002 from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. See Full Bio.
Kris, a Plano, TX native, graduated from Texas Tech in 1992 where she worked on the athletic training staff under Spike Dikes. She began her athletic training career with Health South in the DFW area and eventually discovered a talent for front office management. See Full Bio.
